2016 Secretary’s Report

We would like to thank all you goodhearted donors that kept the wheel rolling. Your prayers and money are very much needed. About $87,000 was spent this year and about $80,000 has been received. We have always told Raymond he needs to spend what he must, and we would find the funding. Raymond is frugal with his spending. As of Nov 1, 2016, we have borrowed $48,000 from another charity to operate but we think we are quite secure because Hope for Haiti has 2 building lots in South Fork, Colorado which were donated to us and we will sell when the market is higher.

P.S. Canadian donors need to send their funds to Hope for Haiti, PO Box 4, Lakin Kansas USA and we will send the funds to a Canadian charity that will convert the Canadian funds into the US equivalent. They will send you a recipe acceptable to Revenue Canada.
